On June 1, 2021, Farmind Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Tatsuo Horiuchi; hereafter, “Farmind”) is pleased to announced that Farmind made Fresh Carriers Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Oto: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takao Takeshige; hereafter, “Fresh Carriers”) a wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange.

Fresh Carriers is a leading global company in the refrigerated and frozen marine transportation business for fruits and vegetables. Through the business integration by this share exchange, Farmind’s group will realize further enhancement of the global platform for fruits and vegetables distribution.
