Farmind, Cheongdo-gun and Nature Farm have signed MOU for mutual cooperation in sales promotion, with the aim of further expanding the market for "Oyatsu Jukugaki"
Farmind Corporation (Headquarter: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tatsuo Horiuchi; hereafter "Farmind"), establishing a nationwide comprehensive fruits and vegetables cold chain network, , is delivering fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables to Japanese customers from Japan and various countries around the world .
On May 17th, Farmind welcomed KIM HA-SOO, the Mayor of Cheongdo-gun and YE JUNG-SOO, the CEO of Nature Farm Corporation, to its headquarters in Tokyo. They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aiming to further expand the domestic sales of semi-dried persimmons called "Oyatsu Jukugaki." Cheongdo-gun is a production area of premium Korean persimmons, which are the ingredient for "Oyatsu Jukugaki," and Nature Farm Corporation is responsible for its manufacturing.
During the MOU signing ceremony, the Mayor Mr. KIM stated, "Through 'Oyatsu Jukugaki,' we hope to convey the deliciousness of Cheongdo-gun’s special persimmons to many Japanese consumers. As the local administrative agency, we will strive to maintain quality and actively support stable supply to Japan." He expressed his enthusiasm for future sales expansion.
