On Thursday, March 16, 2023, Farmind's Banana ripening technology was introduced in NHK E Television program "Nimo-Kamo".
"Nimo-Kamo" is a TV program which explains where/how "luggage" and "cargo" that we usually have in our hands come from.
This day's program explains the flow (from harvest to arrival at stores) of bananas which is most consumed fruit by Japanese people and Farmind ripening processing technology was introduced, as well as the overseas transportation of Fresh Carriers Co., Ltd. and, and trucking of All Japan Line Inc. (both two companies are group companies of Farmind).
At Kobe center, Tomoyasu Hayashi, the Director of Kobe Center, explained in an easy-to-understand manner how bananas can be uniformly colored and ripened to taste (differential pressure processing), how the cardboard can be improved, etc.
The scene of the ripening and at the store shelf of Farmind original product "Bananayasan-no-Ippin(Master piece of Banana expert)" was also broadcasted.
